Secured loans or second charges allow you to raise additional money against a property when your existing lender says no or expensive redemption penalties prevent re-mortgaging.

Loans are available for any legal purpose up to 125% of the property value subject to status and to 100% on a self-certified basis ( with many allowing some form of adverse credit)

Loans can be extended over 25 years and some allow interest only option too!
