France continues to experience a stable growth in house prices - French Mortgage Deals

France as predicted has not experienced a large decline in property prices unlike the USA, Spain and the UK. Traditionally France has had stable growth in house prices without large short term increases added to the more conservative lending policies of the banks this has helped ease the blow of the credit crunch on the housing market.

The problem with the sale of property to foreign nationals in Turkey has now been resolved. The Turkish Land Registry (Tapu) offices have now restarted transfer of ownership in the name of foreign national.
