Step 1: Client Enquiry

We are proud that the majority of our business comes through referrals or repeat business from existing clients.  As soon as we receive your enquiry we quickly put the wheels in motion to ensure your experience is as straightforward and enjoyable as possible.

Step 2: Client Review

The better we understand your individual circumstances the more able we are to provide the most suitable advice and guidance.  This is achieved by completing an Orchard Financial Services Client Questionnaire, which enables us to have all the information we need to start researching the most suitable products for your specific needs.

Step 3: Recommendations

After completing the questionnaire we can then begin to source the most suitable products that both best match your individual requirements and offer the greatest value for money. Once the research is completed we will present to you our recommendations and explain the reasons for suggesting these products.

Step 4; Application

When we have agreed the products that best match your needs we will work through the application process with all parties on your behalf.  This can include completing paperwork, liaising with surveyors, solicitors, lenders, estate agents and insurance companies as well as making sure we keep you updated at regular intervals during the application process.

Step 5: Completion

Once we have informed you of the successful completion of the application our service to you will not stop there. At Orchard Financial Services we value the importance of continued support for our clients and therefore we always ensure a follow up date is scheduled so that you can have peace of mind that you will continue to receive excellent service and expert advice just when you need it!
